Rates

Saturday:

$3850  Facility fee (9 hours - includes set up / break down time; additional hours may be purchased)    
$500    Refundable damage deposit                                                   
$150    Ceremony rehearsal fee, when applicable (1.5 hours)                             

Sunday - Friday:

$300/hour  Facility fee (pay for all the time the space is used, including set up / break down)            
$500          Refundable damage deposit                                                   
$150          Ceremony rehearsal fee, when applicable (1.5 hours)  

*** January and February rates are 15% off ($3300 for Saturday and $250/hour for Sunday - Friday) ***                          

Rates for The Wimbish House include:

  • on-site security,available to assist with guest entry and departure, parking instructions,and general security
  • on-site attendant to greet and guide guests, assist event planner or hosts, tidy bathrooms, and oversee the opening and closing of the facility
  • use of 60-inch round tables, 48-inch round tables, and gold Chiavari ballroom chairs
  • use of 6-foot and8-foot rectangular tables and 30-inch square high-top tables
  • use of grand pianos
  • use of kitchen for your licensed, insured caterer

**We can accommodate up to 250 for reception only and up to 150 for ceremony and reception.  Please refer to the Spaces and Floorplans page for a detailed description of our seating capacity.

PARKING : Our Parking is limited - we can accommodate up to 4 "VIP" vehicles, and up to 6 vendor vehicles.  Most clients arrange for guest parking at Colony Square (NE corner of 14th and Peachtree - 404-888-9559) or Central Parking (SW corner of 14th and Crescent - 404-962-9985).  Both decks usually charge a $5 per car rate and the client can prepay or guests can pay when exiting deck.
