A valid business license and proof of insurance, including liquor-liability coverage, are required for all caterers. 2/3 of the Facility Fee is due at contract signing; the remaining 1/3, along with refundable damage deposit and ceremony rehearsal fee (if applicable), is due two weeks prior to the event. The Wimbish House accepts checks and major credit cards. The Wimbish House is a non-smoking facility; however, smoking is allowed outside on the veranda. The Wimbish House is available to charitable organizations at reduced rates, subject to approval by the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Woman’s Club. Contact the Event Coordinator for more details.
